Let Radio Deli cater your next office party, business meeting or family get together. In the last year, we've catered office meetings for 10, vegetarian weddings, city hall events, and even sandwiches for 700.
Hot entrees and deli salads require at least 24 hours notice. Some (like the tomato basil salad) are seasonal and depend upon the availability of quality produce. We can also arrange delivery and setup. Sandwich platters and green salads can often be done with a several hours notice, but please keep in mind that the more notice you give us, the more choices you'll have. Cold Cut Platters
Make your own sandwiches with Radio Deli's cold cut platters. These platters consist of turkey, roast beef, ham, swiss and provolone cheese artfully arranged on a platter with a bed of lettuce. We also include mayonnaise, deli mustard, lettuce, sliced tomatoes, green peppers, onions and an assortment of sliced breads and baguettes. Please ask if you need napkins, utensils and paper plates.
Small platter serves 8 to 10 people
Medium platter serves 11 to 14 people
Large platter serves 15 to 20 people
For more variety, consider adding Radio Deli's yummy chicken, egg or tuna salad to your platter. (available by the pound)
Sandwich Trays
Let us make the sandwiches for you! Sandwich trays consist of a variety of roast beef, ham, turkey, egg salad, chicken salad and tuna salad sandwiches on fresh breads (wheat, white, multigrain and marbled rye). We usually include one vegetarian sandwich in the mix. Sandwiches are cut in half and arranged on a platter. Condiments are on the side. Please ask if you need utensils, napkins or paper plates.

Wrap Platters
Our wraps are loaded with great ingredients, and look spectacular when cut in half and arranged on a platter. Radio Deli's wrap platters consist of a variety of roast beef, ham, turkey, egg salad, chicken salad and tuna salad sandwiches on white, wheat, spinach and sun-dried tomato wraps. We usually include one vegetarian wrap in the mix. Wraps are cut in half and arranged on a platter. Napkins and paper plates are included, with condiments on the side.

Meat lover's Lasagna
Our special homemade lasagna sauce with Vermont smoke and cure sausage and ground beef. Hearty!
Vegetarian Lasagna
You'll never miss the meat in this lasagna. Along with our homemade lasagna sauce, this dish is filled with seasonal vegetables, including spinach, mushrooms, carmelized onions, roasted red peppers, and zuchinni.
Vegetarian Goat Cheese Lasagna
Created for those who are lactose intolerant, and cheered by all goat cheese lovers, we've replaced the ricotta with Vermont Butter and Cheese goat chevre and the parmesan with sheep cheese. All the same vegetables as the Vegetarian Lasagna
Roasted Root Vegetables
Seasonal root vegetables with herbs and virgin olive oil. Slow roasted for sweetness and tenderness.
Meatloaf
A Thursday special at the Deli for years. Our homemade meatloaf with brown gravy. Pair it up with a tray of mashed potatoes for a real down-home meal.
Macaroni and Cheese
Macaroni smothered with a two times its weight in Vermont cheddar cheese. Topped with more cheese and breadcrumbs. For an optional added treat, we can also add sliced tomatoes to the topping.
Chicken Florentine
Boneless chicken breast with spinach and mushrooms, covered with a creamy mushroom parmesan sauce. Topped with bacon and mozzarella. Served with basmati rice
Spaghetti and Meatballs
Homemade marinara sauce and the world's greatest meatballs with spaghetti. Parmesan included.
Sausage and Peppers
Vermont smoke and cure sweet and hot sausage in our homemade marinara with sauteed mushrooms and peppers. Your choice of serving as sandwiches on baguettes or over rice.
