Restaurants in Ludlow, Vermont

Vermont inn restaurantThe Inn at Weston offers a romantic dining experience from June through the end of February to house guests and the public alike in our Ludlow area restaurant. For dinner reservations please call (802) 824-6789. Click here to see our current dinner menu, but understand that the menu changes according to availability of fresh ingredients, and “Specials” are often offered.

Our Vermont restaurant has a dining room with an attached cozy pub with fireplace, fully stocked bar, and french doors which open onto a spacious deck and gazebo offering magnificent warm weather outdoor dining. The menu changes seasonally and is always based upon the availability of the freshest, and where possible, local ingredients from local farms as well as our own large garden

Executive Chef Craig Cornell, formerly from Epic at Solitude on Okemo Mountain Resort, and his culinary team prepare an unparalleled Contemporary Regional Menu. The experience at our Vermont restaurant is enhanced by the warmth of the festive red floral wallpaper the art works of local artists, and our friendly staff. Our cozy pub with fireplace, adjacent to the main dining room, beckons with a fully stocked bar. The pub in turn is adjacent, via french doors, to a deck and gazebo, filled with lush pots of flowers, which provides a beautiful setting for outdoor dining in Vermont’s cool and comfortable evenings during the Summer and Fall months. In Winter enjoy dinner in the dining room or in the pub in front of the roaring fireplace. And in the Spring (restaurant is closed for dinner from March 1 until the end of May) let us recommend a fine local restaurant, or enjoy a light Inn prepared supper in your cozy room in front of the fireplace (fruit/Vermont cheese selection/pate/bread platter, various sandwiches, salad. 24 hour advance notice of this is necessary).

Chef Craig Cornell composes his menus using the highest quality local ingredients attained both from local farms, our own garden, and internationally. His dishes are crafted with light fusions of fresh herbs for a memorable dining experience like none other. The Inn is very attuned to dietary restrictions and requirements. Vegetarian options are always available, and vegan, gluten free, or any other type of dietary restriction is always respected and accommodated.

Skiing: Which is better, Stowe or Sugarbush, VT? - Quora

Both are good. Vermont is a great place anyway. Anywhere would be nice.
